Have The Best Climax Possible

Friday, October 10 | posted in | 2 comments

If there is one thing that is on everyone's mind its how to have a better climax but of course! Some people have great climaxes as it is and don't need to change a thing but then there are others who would actually like to have even better ones. So today I am going to give you some advice on having an even better climax than you already have. Some people cant handle theirs as it is lol but hey why not make it even more intense.

BODY MOVEMENT

Normally at your point of climax, your body tends to tense up and essentially stay still. Of course that is probably what holds you back from a more intense orgasm. But you can change that by how much you move your body and also what parts of the body you move. Look at what you are and aren't moving during sex and right before your climax. If there's parts you aren't moving......try moving them around sometime.

PUSH THE BOUNDARIES

Can you always sense when you are about to have an orgasm? What signals does your body give off to let your brain know its time to skeet skeet? You should try to prolong the period before your climax. When you get close to the point of no return slow down a little bit so it lasts longer than some quick spout. Keep the stimulation going but let yourself step back a little. You should do this a few times with yourself i.e. masturbating then try it out with your partner.

PELVIC MOVEMENT

If you don't experience pain in your pelvis then try strengthening your pelvic muscles or better known as KEGEL EXERCISES, which will increase blood flow to the area .

TENSE AND RELAX

During an climax muscles throughout your entire body are involved. But during sexual orgasm we without knowing it isolate parts of the body and tense and relax only those parts. Try integrating your entire body into the orgasm along with your muscles. If you find yourself tensing up right before your climax try and breathe to relax your muscles. If you find one part of your body tenses up,purposely try to tense up other muscles in your body and see how that feels.

BREATHING

Saving the best for last....the most important part of your climax is breathing. Your climax can possibly be a full body experience and breathing provides the foundation of the experience. Pay attention to how you breathe during sex. However you are breathing during sex and right before your climax try and change it up! It has been said that some find that longer and deeper breathing at the point of climax expands their awareness of the climax in other parts of the body..
